2. What data we process and where it comes from

We process the data you provide when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or through the website form: name, company and position, contact details and the content of your message. We do not request special categories of data.

The contact form does not store data on the website: when you press “Send message”, your own email program opens with the message already written, and it is you who sends it.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Dealing with your enquiry, sample request or quotation request. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Managing the business relationship with customers, suppliers and distributors (orders, deliveries, invoicing and collections). Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with tax and commercial legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Maintaining professional contact with people who work at the companies we deal with. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR and Art. 19 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018).
• Sending commercial information about our products when you have requested it or there is a prior business relationship, in accordance with Art. 21 of the LSSI-CE. You may object at any time and in each communication.

No automated decisions are made and no profiling is carried out with your data.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, if it leads to a business relationship, for as long as that relationship lasts. After that it is kept blocked for the limitation periods of legal obligations (as a general rule, six years for commercial documentation under the Spanish Commercial Code, and the periods set by tax law) and then erased.

5. Who it is disclosed to

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required (for example, to the tax authorities) or where necessary to provide the service (for example, to the carrier delivering an order or a sample).

We work with providers acting as data processors under contract (web hosting, email and office software, management and invoicing software). Some may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on an adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given at any time, by writing to [email protected] and stating the right you wish to exercise. We will only ask for additional documentation if there are reasonable doubts about your identity. We will reply within one month.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access, and we require the same guarantees from our providers.

8. Cookies and third-party resources

This website does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising purposes, nor does it store information on your device, so your consent is not required for these purposes.

The typefaces, images and scripts of the website are served from our own hosting, without loading third-party resources. Our hosting provider logs technical visit data (IP address, date and browser) for security purposes and for a limited time.

If you click the WhatsApp link you will leave this website and the terms and privacy policy of that service will apply.

9. Minors

This website is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly process data of minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to adapt it to legal changes or to the way we process data. The version in force is the one published on this page. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
